Landscape Architecture at Gosling Czubak

Gosling Czubak's landscape architects possess technical training, knowledge securing grants, and a successful track record of implementing projects to transform a community's vision into reality. We understand that the most successful project approach actively engages the community and its citizens throughout the process.

  • Public Process & Grant Development

The "public process" has become an integral part of any project that effects a community, especially as the scope of a project increases. Often, the success of a project depends on the effectiveness of these efforts. Gosling Czubak's professionals are experts in formulating and executing effective public process programs.

  • Public Space Design

Public spaces can be utilized for recreation, transportation, relaxation and more. We regularly partner with communities to visualize, design, and create public spaces, including streetscapes, parks, trails, and athletic facilities, which complement the existing natural, historical and cultural characteristics of each region.

  • Waterfront Design

Waterfront in northern Michigan is everywhere. Whether inland lake or Great Lake, Gosling Czubak works hard to maximize waterfront properties, marinas, parks, and harbors. We believe that waterfront spaces offer communities the opportunity to create connections that enhance usability, economic development, and environmental quality.
