Construction Materials Testing

Construction Materials Testing at Gosling Czubak

Our approach to construction observation and materials testing goes beyond the Quality Assurance role; we become a member of the construction team, helping complete the project in an efficient, cost-effective, and skilled manner. Our experience includes some of the largest and most complicated projects constructed in Northern Michigan.

  • Construction Observation

Construction phase observation helps secure the relationship between a quality design and a well-built finished project. Quality control and assurance measures help ensure that the completed project meets the intent of the design; a design team representative helps the contractor complete an efficient construction process.

  • Field Testing & Inspection

Our testing technicians become members of the construction team, ensuring that materials are to plan tolerances and keeping projects moving forward efficiently. Technicians are certified in concrete, aggregates, and bituminous testing.

  • Materials Testing & Laboratory

Construction Materials Testing (CMT) is crucial for ensuring material quality, safety, and longevity in building projects. Common lab-tested materials include soil, concrete, asphalt, and cement grout. We have a fully equipped materials testing laboratory and our equipment is regularly calibrated.
