Well Staking & Permitting

Gosling Czubak has staked and helped permit more than 4,000 oil and gas wells throughout Lower Michigan since 1973. We have been on the forefront of implementing new, innovative, and cost-effective methods of locating and staking wells.  Gosling Czubak completes ground elevations and mud pit plans at the time that wells are drilled to reduce costs. Our staff is also capable of performing wetland determinations.

Facility Mapping

Gosling Czubak has completed hundreds of as-built surveys for oil and gas facilities including locating underground and overhead utilities and piping. 

Division Orders

Gosling Czubak has calculated hundreds of Division Orders over the past 40 years for oil and natural gas producers. These calculations have helped oil and gas companies determine each mineral owner’s equitable share of the royalties of a producing well in the designated drilling unit.
