Thunder Bay Riverfront Park

Briley Township, MI

The Thunder Bay River Waterfront in Atlanta provides access to almost 1800 feet of riverfront within the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund urbanized area. The river frontage provides access to various forms of seasonal fishing and waterborne and land-based recreational activities. Briley Township secured a MNRTF grant with the assistance of Gosling Czubak for redevelopment of the riverfront. Gosling Czubak completed the waterfront desgin for this project.

Jones Landing Park

Gosling Czubak designed the park facilities, including a new boat launch, beach facility, restrooms, and park pavilion.

Traverse City West Middle School

The Traverse City Area Public School System (TCAPS) retained Gosling Czubak to create a new road access to the school for buses and automobiles, to improve pedestrian circulation, and create outdoor spaces for students around the school building.
