SPCC Plans

Multiple Michigan oil and gas producers are required to prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan and describe measures it implements to prevent oil discharges from reaching surface waters. SPCC plans also include a plan to respond in a safe, effective and timely manner to mitigate the impacts of any discharge. Gosling Czubak prepres SPCC plans in accordance with regulations in 40 CFR Part 112 and has prepared plans for facilities in Kansas and Illinois incorporating requirements along with the federal regulations.
