SkyBridge Michigan

Boyne Falls, Michigan

Experiential Resources (ERI), a Hawaiian-based company that designs and builds aerial adventure attractions, teamed with Gosling Czubak to provide surveying and construction materials testing for the SkyBridge Michigan project at Boyne Mountain, the world’s longest, timber-towered suspension bridge.

The goal of the project was to provide visitors a uniquely exciting experience, including panoramic views of the valley and the Boyne’s extensive light displays. The extreme vertical relief of the valley between the two primary peaks presented a challenge. Despite this, Gosling Czubak was  able to perform topographic surveying of the two peaks and valley, which was instrumental to the design of the SkyBride. Additionally, we performed construction staking for the end piers and bases on each peak.

Today, SkyBridge Michigan has quickly become a popular attraction, offering breathtaking views of the Boyne Mountain scenery and a one-of-a-kind experience in Northern Michigan.
