Ship Loader Replacement

Rogers City, MI

Investments in Michigan’s mining infrastructure continue, including replacement of a screening tower and ship loader at Carmeuse’s Rogers City facility. Gosling Czubak performed the geotechnical drilling and evaluation for this project, including the deep foundation recommendations. Following design of the foundation system, Gosling Czubak was retained to observe load testing and pile installation along with other construction materials testing services.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Gosling Czubak completed design of a new 582,000 gallon per day extended aeration mechanical plant/lagoon hybrid process wastewater treatment plant for the Village of Elk Rapids in Antrim County.

Jones Landing Park

Gosling Czubak designed the park facilities, including a new boat launch, beach facility, restrooms, and park pavilion.

McKeese Road

Gosling Czubak provided design and construction engineering services for this BIA funded road improvement project.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Addition

The project consists of the construction of a new 50,000 gallon concrete surge tank, housed in a two- story building addition. The surge tank is designed to assist the existing WWTP with flows coming from a new hotel and restaurant development.
