Sayler Park Boating Access Site

Acme, MI

This boating access site (BAS) at 22-acre family-friendly Sayler Park is enjoyed by families and fisherman. The new boat launch serves smaller boats up to 22' in length. ADA-compliant parking and walkways were added to complement the existing ADA restrooms at the site. Gosling Czubak provided project design, construction staking and construction engineering services, as well as assisted Acme Township in securing two MDNR Waterways grants and additional grant funds from the Great Lakes Fisheries Trust Fund.

SkyBridge Michigan

Experiential Resources (ERI), a Hawaiian-based company that designs and builds aerial adventure attractions, teamed with Gosling Czubak to provide surveying and construction materials testing for the SkyBridge Michigan project at Boyne Mountain, the world’s longest, timber-towered suspension bridge.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Gosling Czubak completed design of a new 582,000 gallon per day extended aeration mechanical plant/lagoon hybrid process wastewater treatment plant for the Village of Elk Rapids in Antrim County.

Jones Landing Park

Gosling Czubak designed the park facilities, including a new boat launch, beach facility, restrooms, and park pavilion.

McKeese Road

Gosling Czubak provided design and construction engineering services for this BIA funded road improvement project.
