Regional Hospital Acquisition

Manistee, MI

A regional hospital network in northern Michigan was merging with and acquiring additional hospital properties and retained Gosling Czubak to complete environmental due diligence prior to completing the acquisition. A Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment was completed on five individual properties, one of which was a large hospital. Phase II Assessment activities included an asbestos and lead based paint survey of structures at each property.

Commercial Property Environmental Assessment

Phase II ESA activities, including soil and groundwater sampling, as well as a ground penetrating radar (GPR) survey for suspected underground storage tanks.

Gosling Czubak completed an asbestos survey and environmental site assessment of a residential home in Charlevoix Township.
