Property Acquisition Asbestos Survey

Traverse City, MI

A community organization desired to acquire a residential property to house individuals with learning disabilities. A portion of the funding for property acquisition was from the United States Housing and Urban Development agency. HUD required an ESA including an asbestos survey. Gosling Czubak completed the ESA and oversaw the asbestos investigation for the project.

Commercial Property Environmental Assessment

Phase II ESA activities, including soil and groundwater sampling, as well as a ground penetrating radar (GPR) survey for suspected underground storage tanks.  

Regional Hospital Acquisition

A regional hospital network in northern Michigan was merging with and acquiring additional hospital properties and retained Gosling Czubak to complete environmental due diligence prior to completing the acquisition.
