LaFranier Village is a mixed residential and commercial development on approximately 27.8 acres consisting of apartment units, single-family homes, townhouse units and commercial buildings.

A $1.2M Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund (MNRTF) land acquisition grant made it possible to design and build 8 new soccer fields, entrance roads, parking facilities.

Copper Ridge is a 73-acre mixed-use development on a very hilly site overlooking Traverse City in Garfield Township, Grand Traverse County. 

Gosling Czubak determined the appropriate LID stormwater system improvements, including diversion of existing storm sewers to retention basins, some end-of-pipe treatment systems, and LID systems such as rain gardens, vegetative swales, rain barrels, and pervious pavement.

To minimize the release of stormwater to the Elk River and East Grand Traverse Bay, the Village of Elk Rapids constructed a rain garden to treat stormwater runoff from improved streets.

Gosling Czubak researched, evaluated, and tested alternative stormwater treatment technologies that could reduce or eliminate beach closures. 

Gosling Czubak completed resurfacing of approximately 1.75 miles of County Road 651 in Leelanau County, Michigan. 

Gosling Czubak completed improvements along this stretch of Anderson Road in Emmet County, from Lears Road to US 31.

Gosling Czubak completed a site layout and construction staking, as well as construction materials testing for the Waterfront Program facility and observatory at the Headlands International Dark Sky Park.

This mixed-use development in downtown East Jordan offers high profile retail space and restaurant and kitchen space. Gosling Czubak worked in tandem with the contractor to complete concrete testing, asphalt testing, and masonry testing.

Gosling Czubak provided concrete testing for a three story office building in Traverse City. The building's urban location required construction of H-pile and timber lagging earth retention to support adjacent buildings and the use of a tower crane. 

Gosling Czubak provided geotechnical services and construction oversight for construction of the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians’ (LTBBOI) parking structure at their casino complex near Petoskey. 

Gosling Czubak completed an ALTA/NSPS survey for Rivertown Crossings, a metropolitan shopping center complex in Grandville. 

Gosling Czubak completed an ALTA/NSPS survey for a major supplier of aggregate materials in northern Michigan.

Gosling Czubak has assisted Grand Traverse County with annual remonumentation of government section corners since the inception of the state act in 1993.

The City of Traverse City completed construction projects at 13 locations, including resurfacing, curb and gutter, replacement of water mains and sanitary sewers that are within the street rights-of-ways as well as drainage improvements. 

Gosling Czubak designed parking layout, site grading, water and sewer services, and stormwater management for a new automotive full service center and Audi/VW auto show room for Serra Automotive in Traverse City.  

Gosling Czubak completed construction staking for a residential apartment complex on the south side of Traverse City. Work included staking of underground infrastructure, sidewalk, curb and gutter, five apartment buildings and a pool/office building. 

Gosling Czubak has staked and helped permit more than 4,000 wells throughout Lower Michigan since 1973. We have been on the forefront of implementing new, innovative, and cost-effective methods of locating and staking wells. 

In conjunction with well staking, Gosling Czubak has provided construction staking for thousands of miles of  oil and gas flowlines and pipelines.

Gosling Czubak has completed hundreds of as-built surveys for oil and gas facilities including locating underground and overhead utilities and piping. 

Gosling Czubak has calculated hundreds of Division Orders over the past 40 years for oil and natural gas producers. These calculations have helped oil and gas companies determine each mineral owner’s equitable share of the royalties of a producing well in the designated drilling unit.

Gosling Czubak provided construction staking for the project and prepared the Exhibit “B” Master Deed condominium drawings for the project.

Working for Auto-Owners Insurance property division, Gosling Czubak developed condominium Exhibit B plans for a three story building on the eastern end of downtown Traverse City.

Gosling Czubak completed an amended plat of the community of Edenville, Michigan.

Gosling Czubak has provided the surveying and engineering services necessary to develop this 80-acre single-family residential condominium community.

Gosling Czubak completes topographic surveying to determine quarterly volumes at a regional solid waste disposal facility in northeast Michigan.

Gosling Czubak completed road topographic survey for fourteen downtown streets in the Village of Elk Rapids being considered for underground water main improvements.
