Odawa Casino Parking Structure

Petoskey, MI

Gosling Czubak provided geotechnical services and construction oversight for construction of the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians’ (LTBBOI) parking structure at their casino complex near Petoskey. The work included construction observation of both the foundations and the structure along with construction testing of backfill soils and concrete.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Gosling Czubak completed design of a new 582,000 gallon per day extended aeration mechanical plant/lagoon hybrid process wastewater treatment plant for the Village of Elk Rapids in Antrim County.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Addition

The project consists of the construction of a new 50,000 gallon concrete surge tank, housed in a two- story building addition. The surge tank is designed to assist the existing WWTP with flows coming from a new hotel and restaurant development.
