North Bayside Park

Acme Township, MI

Gosling Czubak assisted Acme Township to reclaim and purchase commercial waterfront properties.  Gosling Czubak then assisted Acme Township in securing an MNRTF development grant for continuation of improvements to include several more significant elements that encompassed the larger upland area of the park. The Phase II effort  included new and refurbished parking areas, large open lawn space, sustainable stormwater management, native landscaping, universal beach access and the first section of non-motorized TART trail from Acme Township to Charlevoix.

SkyBridge Michigan

Experiential Resources (ERI), a Hawaiian-based company that designs and builds aerial adventure attractions, teamed with Gosling Czubak to provide surveying and construction materials testing for the SkyBridge Michigan project at Boyne Mountain, the world’s longest, timber-towered suspension bridge.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Gosling Czubak completed design of a new 582,000 gallon per day extended aeration mechanical plant/lagoon hybrid process wastewater treatment plant for the Village of Elk Rapids in Antrim County.

Jones Landing Park

Gosling Czubak designed the park facilities, including a new boat launch, beach facility, restrooms, and park pavilion.

McKeese Road

Gosling Czubak provided design and construction engineering services for this BIA funded road improvement project.
