Great Lakes Center for the Arts

Bay Harbor, MI

Gosling Czubak was brought on board during the infancy of this exciting project in the Village of Bay Harbor, Michigan.  Gosling Czubak performed the Geotechnical Evaluation of the proposed building site and provided foundation recommendations to deal with the site’s mining history.  Gosling Czubak also completed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for the Project to assist with evaluating eligibility for Brownfield funding.
