Leelanau County, MI

Gosling Czubak completed resurfacing of approximately 1.75 miles of County Road 651 in Leelanau County, Michigan. The project included shoulder trenching and aggregate base, HMA shoulder paving, and a two course HMA overlay. Services provided included construction inspection, materials testing, and contract administration in accordance with MDOT requirements. The project was constructed at a cost of $391,482.00.

Gosling Czubak completed design of a new 582,000 gallon per day extended aeration mechanical plant/lagoon hybrid process wastewater treatment plant for the Village of Elk Rapids in Antrim County.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Addition

The project consists of the construction of a new 50,000 gallon concrete surge tank, housed in a two- story building addition. The surge tank is designed to assist the existing WWTP with flows coming from a new hotel and restaurant development.
