McKeese Road

Gosling Czubak provided design and construction engineering services for this BIA funded road improvement project.

Three Mile Road

The improvements included widening to five lanes, intersection improvements, creation of a median and use of storm water best management practices. 

Greilickville Harbor Park

The site today functions as a public marina and launch and an adjacent picnic park.

Traverse City West Middle School

The Traverse City Area Public School System (TCAPS) retained Gosling Czubak to create a new road access to the school for buses and automobiles, to improve pedestrian circulation, and create outdoor spaces for students around the school building.

Shippy Road

Gosling Czubak completed crush and shape for approximately 1.95 miles of Shippy Road from Maple Hill Road to County Line in Kalkaska County, Michigan.

Copper Ridge Mixed-Use Development

Copper Ridge is a 73-acre mixed-use development on a very hilly site overlooking Traverse City in Garfield Township, Grand Traverse County. 

LID Storm Sewer System

Gosling Czubak determined the appropriate LID stormwater system improvements, including diversion of existing storm sewers to retention basins, some end-of-pipe treatment systems, and LID systems such as rain gardens, vegetative swales, rain barrels, and pervious pavement.

Stormwater Management System

To minimize the release of stormwater to the Elk River and East Grand Traverse Bay, the Village of Elk Rapids constructed a rain garden to treat stormwater runoff from improved streets.

Water Quality Improvements

Gosling Czubak researched, evaluated, and tested alternative stormwater treatment technologies that could reduce or eliminate beach closures. 

New Auto Service Center and Show Room

Gosling Czubak designed parking layout, site grading, water and sewer services, and stormwater management for a new automotive full service center and Audi/VW auto show room for Serra Automotive in Traverse City.  

Ridge45 Apartments

Gosling Czubak completed construction staking for a residential apartment complex on the south side of Traverse City. Work included staking of underground infrastructure, sidewalk, curb and gutter, five apartment buildings and a pool/office building. 

M-O-A Landfill

Gosling Czubak completes topographic surveying to determine quarterly volumes at a regional solid waste disposal facility in northeast Michigan.

Hay Lake Park & Marina

Redevelopment of private marina to 30-slip public marina, boat launch, kayak launch, parking, and UA bathrooms. Amenities include walks, parking and LID storm water measures. Funded by MNRTF and MDNR grant funds.

North Bayside Park

Gosling Czubak assisted Acme Township with the redevelopment of waterfront park along Lake Michigan in Acme Township. The first phase included new walkways and linkages for future trail connectors and an enhanced beach environment.

Herman Park Tennis Courts

Gosling Czubak worked with Suttons Bay Township to make multiple improvements to Herman Park.

Brutus Road Bridge over Maple River

This crossing of Maple River was in need of improvement with undersized twin culverts.

Spencer Road / CR 571 Reconstruction

Gosling Czubak provided full time construction engineering services for this 3.7 mile hot mix asphalt road resurfacing project.

Benzie Boulevard Streetscape

Gosling Czubak provided design and construction engineering and contract administration services for this road resurfacing and streetscape improvement project along the main downtown of the Village of Beulah.

Church and Lake Street

Gosling Czubak provided construction engineering and contract administration services for this road improvement project in the Village of Ellsworth.

Lake Kathleen Dam Siphons

Gosling Czubak designed a temporary water lowering system for a dam removal project on the Maple River and Lake Kathleen in Emmet County. The result was six 24" diameter siphon pipes.  

South Higgins Lake State Park Campground

Road reconstruction and drainage improvements for the 400 campsite state park. Roads within the campground were crushed, shaped, and repaved along with the installation of underground storm water storage.

Kewadin Waterfront Park

Gosling Czubak assisted Milton Township with the development of a waterfront park and water trailhead on north Elk Lake, part of the Chain of Lakes Water Trail, adjacent to an existing public boat launch.
