East Jordan, MI

This mixed-use development in downtown East Jordan offers high profile retail space and restaurant and kitchen space. Gosling Czubak worked in tandem with the contractor to complete concrete testing, asphalt testing, and masonry testing, both onsite and in our materials testing laboratory. Onsite inspection services were also provided.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Gosling Czubak completed design of a new 582,000 gallon per day extended aeration mechanical plant/lagoon hybrid process wastewater treatment plant for the Village of Elk Rapids in Antrim County.

Jones Landing Park

Gosling Czubak designed the park facilities, including a new boat launch, beach facility, restrooms, and park pavilion.

Gosling Czubak provided design and construction engineering services for this BIA funded road improvement project.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Addition

The project consists of the construction of a new 50,000 gallon concrete surge tank, housed in a two- story building addition. The surge tank is designed to assist the existing WWTP with flows coming from a new hotel and restaurant development.
